New Otani Inn Tokyo

The room was decent, but the bathroom had a terrible drain smell.

There's also a good bit of places to grab a bite. The bathroom amenities were very good. We were out and about in tokyo, but the place did the job for us and it was modern.

Great location near the JR line. Many dining options nearby. Buffet breakfast offers a good selection. Convenient store in the lobby. Close to shopping malls and the Meguro river. 🛍️.

The manager called an ambulance and acted as an interpreter to ensure the paramedics understood the situation. The next morning, he checked in on us, showing really good professionalism and care. This level of support in a foreign country with limited language skills was amazing. The hotel's location near the Yamanote Line and a shopping complex added to the convenience. The comfortable rooms and the staff's hospitality are reasons why I would definitely return to this hotel someday. I highly recommend New Otani Inn.

The room was surprisingly spacious, and the view from the high floor was stunning. Being able to see the city from above was a great experience. The hotel's closeness to the train station made it easy to get around and explore the city. The convenience store close by was very handy, and the Japanese garden was a beautiful oasis to relax in after a busy day.

The furniture was outdated, and there were limited places to hang your clothes. the power sockets weren't secure, making it difficult to charge devices.

Located conveniently near a shopping mall and easy to access from the train station, but quite far from Narita airport. the rooms were clean and the staff professional. the breakfast buffet was large and had a variety of options.

The hotel seemed outdated and could benefit from a renovation.

This hotel was perfect for us as we had quick access to transportation to the airport and other parts of this city thanks to its proximity to a station. the hotel facilities were clean, modern, and fully equipped, including a shopping mall just across the street. the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated that our car was safely parked.

This hotel is a great value for your money. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Japan, allowing for comfortable movement even with multiple large suitcases. The location near Osaki station is fantastic, with easy access to the JR Yamanote line and a convenient convenience store right across the street. Plus, being linked to a mall means plenty of dining options and even a supermarket nearby. It's a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Soundproofing could be better.
